Prices and payment

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Worldwide shipping, duties and taxes are included.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully completed.

If a payment error occurs, check your order status and payment account before attempting another payment to avoid duplicate charges.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 3 business days after successful payment. Estimated shipping time is 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China.

Order cancellation

You may request cancellation within 2 business days after successful payment, provided your order has not been dispatched. Orders that have already been dispatched must follow the returns process.

Returns and exchanges

Please request a return or exchange within 7 business days after receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unworn, with all original packaging and accessories. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or incorrectly supplied items, contact us for assistance and return instructions. These conditions do not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Address confirmation and returns

Please contact slm4981@outlook.com to confirm address details and return arrangements before sending any items. Do not send returns without first obtaining the confirmed return address from customer service.

Return review and refunds

We will complete the return review within 3 business days after receiving the returned item and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. The time taken for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
